Mr Ghia and I first met when we were both 12 years old. His original owner Roger pulled up in our driveway in this car that
was unlike any I had ever seen (or heard) before! It was love at first sight. Roger, a friend of the family, explained all
about his wonderful yet odd looking Volkswagen. At my young age, I was sure that since both the car and I were 1965 models,
that this car was meant to be mine some day! I am now the proud 2nd owner of this wonderful convertable, and my family and
I are working on it's restoration. This is our story.....
